Support River's Journey to Better Health

Hi, my name is Michael Madden. My dog River has been in the hospital twice in the past three weeks. She has seizures that are caused by epilepsy. She’s on 14 different medications a day to try to keep them under control. A few weeks ago, she was in the hospital because one of the medications caused severe pancreatitis.

She was admitted to the hospital yesterday because of cluster seizures that we can’t get under control. Hopefully, they can find the combination of medications to get this under control. In the last three years, we have not gone longer than three weeks without her having a seizure. She’s only six years old and a very loving sweet dog.

We don’t want to put her down, but at this point, the hospital costs alone are over $8000. If anyone can help, we truly appreciate it and would be so grateful.
