Please help My Daughter Walk – Urgent Hip Surgery Needed
Dear kind-hearted friends,
My name is Bayarmaa, and I’m the mother of 9-year-old Mongoljin Erdenesaikhan from Mongolia. She was born with cerebral palsy (spastic diplegia) and has never been able to walk on her own.
In 2023, we traveled to India for her first surgery — selective dorsal rhizotomy and tendon lengthening. This greatly improved her mobility. She can now crawl, stand with support, and take steps while holding onto someone.
Now, doctors have confirmed she urgently needs a second surgery — hip reconstruction (proximal femoral varus derotation osteotomy) — to correct her hip alignment and give her the best chance to walk independently in the future.
The total cost for the surgery, travel, accommodation, and meals is about $17,500 USD (70 million MNT).
We are humbly asking for your help — whether through donations, shares, or simply words of encouragement. Every contribution, no matter the size, brings us one step closer to giving my daughter the chance to walk.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
