Nahla's Road To Recovery

Hey Friends,
If you know me, then you know how wonderful, sweet, loving, caring, and happy my sweet baby girl Nahla is. If you know me then you know how important she is to me. She is my world. She has healed me physically and emotionally throughout our years being together. She is my rock.
Last month Nahla was walking to our car when suddenly her elbow completely shattered. We rushed her to emergency room where they did X-Rays and found that not only does she have osteocarcoma bone cancer in a very difficult spot, but she will not be able to save her leg. Because they couldnt immediately do the surgery, she had to stay over night in a ton of pain, heavily medicated, and on 24 hour watch before they could proceed with surgery. After her leg was removed, we chose to move locations to meet with a wonderful Oncologist who has started her on 4 months of Chemotherapy treatments for her every 3 weeks. Unfortuantely, this doesn't cure her, but it does extend her life for 8 months so I can have some more time with the love of my life.
The entire process has stripped me of all my funds, and put me in excessive debt. However, no amount of money would ever have swayed my decision any different than the path I have chosen for her. - With the help and encouragement of my friends and family, I have decided to go ahead and create a page to allow the people close to me near and far to help us both out through this devastating time.
