Remembering Greg with Love

I’m truly thankful for the incredible kindness, generosity, and support so many of you have shown. When I first created this fundraiser, the goal was to help Greg secure stable, permanent housing and assist with related expenses as he worked to gain a fresh start.

Sadly, Greg has since passed away. This heartbreaking outcome was never something I anticipated when the fundraiser began, and it has brought tremendous sorrow to everyone who cared for him.

With the original purpose no longer possible, I want to be fully transparent about how the remaining funds will now be used. Moving forward, all donations will go toward honoring Greg’s memory in a thoughtful and meaningful way.

This may include:

• A small memorial or celebration of life to gather in his honor

• A tribute such as a memorial bench, plaque, or tree planting in a location that was significant to Greg

• Coverage of any final expenses related to his passing

• A donation made in Greg’s name to a local organization that supports individuals in securing permanent housing, honoring the original purpose of this fundraiser and continuing his legacy of hope and stability for others in need

My intention is to use the remaining funds in a way that truly reflects who Greg was and the impact he had on those around him. I want to create something lasting that allows his memory to live on and be honored with the same love and dignity that so many of you have shown.

Your support was originally given to help Greg during life, and I want to respect every donor’s wishes now that circumstances have changed.
