Below is Leslies story in her own words...
Ok, well pride and ego aside, here's my story. I had emergency open heart surgery at the end of 2014. Since then, I've been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis immune disease, Lyme disease, possible early menopause, IBS, PTSD, a bone marrow issue and a blood disorder. Not to mention I have mono and strept now.. Lonnng story short- I am broke. I was denied disability, with an attorney,(appealed immediately, but can take up to a year+ longer) can't mentally or physically work. I was fired from my last job for being sick. Now, I am losing my house. The house I have owned by myself (with my kitties) for almost 15 years. I am out of ideas. I can't get money against my house because I had to pay $20,000 to get my 'mother' off the title 6+ years ago. Awesome right? Anyhow, Im looking for help. Fundraisers? Charities? Donations? Anything- I CANNOT LOSE MY HOME. I can barely afford my medications, let a lone a mortgage with zero income. I love you all. All ideas are welcomed. Please help me! Im officially begging. I am at the mercy of anyone willing to help. Thanks to every one who atleast read this message. God Bless.
