Beck and Noah's Fund
Donation protected
On the evening of Monday, July 6th, two of my closest friends were on vaction together in Maui when they were hit by a drunk driver. Noah Chapman and his grandfather were both pronounced dead at the crash site. His best friend, Beck, and the grandmother were taken to the hospital in critical condition where they are both still reciving care.
This campaign is to raise funds for the Dengler and Chapman families for transportation, lodgings, food, necessities, medical expenses, etc., while they stay with Beck and Noah's grandmother in Wailuku, HI through their recoveries. All donations will be going to the families and their needs or any other financial hardships brought on by these tough times. Thank you for all your support.

Some words from Beck himself:
"Noah and I were always there for each other. We both would have done anything for each other. Noah wasn't great at getting back to people, but if I let him know I needed him he was always there for me. He was loyal and my best friend ever.
We loved playing any kind of games together .... sports, board games, card games, or games we made up. We both enjoyed winning and played to win, not just to have fun.
We were also great at telling stories, whether they were real or made up. We enjoyed creating confusion to entertain others. We knew each other so well that we could do it on the spot and people would never know if the story was true. We dragged some of these on and on. If Noah were still here we could have created even more crazy happenings.
We liked to joke around with each. We would banter off each other.
We both went to Treasure Valley Math and Science Center and even though many of our other friends were dropping out, we made a pact to stick with TVMSC until the end. We both think the best thing about TVMSC is Mr. Daniels. He rocks!
I am happy that I was able to come to Hawaii and spend a week vacationing and having fun with Noah. It was a great time until the accident. I am really sad Noah is gone, but I'm glad I was able to be with him at the end. I will miss you, Noah!"
Below are some pictures, one of Beck and me and a friend, and the other of Beck and Noah together in Maui, a week into thier trip.
