Helping Barb

Barb has given so much, and we hope that you will lend a hand during this trying time in her life. Barb has worked tirelessly in the Chimacum School district helping students for the last 35 years! She is a ray of light to students going above and beyond daily. She also has a second job where she supports adults with developmental disabilities at Cascade Community Connections. Barb has been there for seven years working as a Community Engagement Specialist. Barb provides support that allows her clients to engage in activities in the community as they develop the skills, roles, and positive relationships to foster increased inclusion.

She is now facing a battle with cancer and could use some financial help to pay her mounting medical bills and travel costs. Her breast cancer treatment requires 8 weeks of daily radiation. This will be hard on Barb both physically as well as emotionally.
