What is your favorite memory with Kelli? I bet if you thought of it just now, you are smiling and or cracking up. Her smile is infectious and her laugh contagious. Few people have the spirit that Kelli does. She is caring, loving and one of the funniest persons you will ever meet. Most importantly, she is a TOUGH cookie in all aspects of life. She is a 911 Dispatcher. She is one of the few and proud Dispatchers for the Alameda County Sheriff's Office. She helps to keep our deputies safe and is the calm voice for the citizens when they need her most.
She has done her job while battling Cancer twice. She has continued to help others while fighting for her life, and would do it again. Sadly, she is going to be doing it again. AGAIN! This will be the third time in 5 years this disease has challenged our girl. It has taken a turn, but Kelli is strong, and is surrounded by love and support. She will require lots of treatment and time off work. Your donations are needed and greatly appreciated. I am attaching an explanation written by Kelli to show you the strength this young woman has. She is an inspiration to all. We LOVE you Kelli and are dancing with you every step of the way!

Here is the update on the battle with my cancer. She has decided that my body is too amazing to leave (who can blame her).... so I have to learn a new dance until my dance with her is over. The choreography is hard.. but not something that I can’t handle. Cancer has taken up residence in the bones to my spine, hips, and lymph nodes. So I will have to undergo forever treatment. This is no longer curable... it is only manageable. That includes oral meds, infusions, and chemotherapy. I am praying that we can shrink the tumors in my spine… but this new finding explains the excruciating pain I have been having in my back. Never would I have thought the cancer had come back there, but it has. We have to try to keep it from spreading to my organs. I will not go down without a fight… I’m in for the fight of my life, literally. But for the remaining time I have here on earth… I will dance my dance… to my music… and never give up! I love you all and can’t say how blessed I am for having you in my life!
