My friends! The time has come! Our dearest Z is getting the chop, going under the knife, getting the ol' slice 'n' dice. They have done aaaaall the work in getting multiple gender affirming procedures, including top surgery, covered by insurance and now they need some community support to cover expenses while they are out of work healing for four weeks post-op. I am hoping to help fundraise at least $2000 to cover rent and living expenses. We were recently notified of a rent increase and any extra funds in the pot would be a huge relief as we watch marketplace insurance premiums get held up at gunpoint without the option of changing insurance plans this far into the surgery process. Time to pass that $20 bill around the circle again.
