Help Bring Kyler Home: Urgent Travel Funds Needed

As some of you reading this may already know, our 8 year old son, Kyler, was kidnapped by a family member at the end of July. Our family has taken every step possible to get him back, including take this matter to court. My husband and I have been working as much as we possibly can to fund two attorneys in two states to fight this and we’ve been doing pretty okay. We were just made aware that for us to fight this legal battle, we will need to fly from Indiana to Alaska with only 10 days to prepare. My husband and I are scheduled to the max until then and have no way to make extra income, besides selling my husbands kidney on the black market. You only need one kidney, right?? (Honey if you’re reading this, jk)

All jokes aside, this is the toughest thing emotionally my husband and I have ever had to go through. Not being able to see or speak to our son in over a month, not knowing how he’s doing or what he’s thinking or feeling - it’s the worst feeling you can ever experience as a parent. We miss his little giggle. We miss him crawling into bed to say good morning. We miss him never being able to take a serious picture, only silly ones. We miss his attitude- something I never thought I’d say. We miss everything about him.

We’ve calculated we need 3k to afford round trip plane tickets to Alaska for trial on September 15th and to cover all travel expenses. We do not take any of this lightly and we are not normally people who ask for financial help. My family works extremely hard for what we have and need, but in this situation, we don’t feel like we have another choice and your help means everything to us.
