Our dear friend, Kelly Muldoon-Aguilar, is facing one of the hardest battles anyone can imagine: inoperable Stage 3 Pancreatic Cancer. Since receiving the diagnosis in November 2025, Kelly's life has changed overnight - appointments with doctors, specialists, testing, and most recently the start of chemotherapy. Kelly is ready to take on this chapter of her life with strength, hope and the support of her family and friends.

Anyone that knows Kelly knows how much she cares for everyone that she surrounds herself with - friends and coworkers all become family and she has always shown the greatest level of generosity in helping where ever she can. Now we have the opportunity to support Kelly and her family through this battle.

Pancreatic cancer treatment is an aggressive, complex and costly process. The treatment will now become Kelly's full time job and, in turn, she has to leave the job she loves. Kelly is in the process of setting up her early retirement after 23 years of teaching in New York City, just two years shy of her full 25 years for formal retirement. Kelly is devastated that she had to leave her class mid-year but knows they will be well taken care of as she fights this battle.
