Emergency Rescue Alert
We just received a message about a dog that was found dumped in someone’s building in Kendall.
This poor boy looks like he’s been out for quite some time — as you can see, he’s extremely matted and in rough shape. We’ll be checking for a microchip and doing everything we can to see if he has an owner out there. We truly hope he’s just been lost for a while and not intentionally abandoned.
This makes the fourth dog we’ve taken in recently under similar heartbreaking circumstances.
Thankfully, one of those four dogs — the one we were contacted about last night — was reunited with his owner! ❤️ It’s a small but beautiful reminder that sometimes, these stories do have happy endings.
Thank you all for always watching, sharing, and supporting our rescues — every bit of help truly makes a difference.

Honestly, I don’t even know how much more of this we can take. It’s been one heartbreaking case after another today.
Look at this poor dog. His owner was deported three years ago, and since then, the daughter who stayed behind tried to care for him — but he’s been kept outside with little to no human interaction all this time.
He’s terrified, confused, and in desperate need of care, love, and safety. We’re stepping in to help him, but we can’t do this without you.
We urgently need donations to cover his vetting, boarding, and rehabilitation. Every dollar counts and makes a difference.
Please, if you can, help us help him. We’ll keep everyone updated as we gain his trust and show him that life can still be kind.
