Most of you know me as someone that works daily to maintain my health. I would have never expected to experience a health event like I just experienced. However, I found myself in the hospital for nearly a month unable to work for all of June and most of July and I'm still struggling to regain the health I had before.
     It all started on morning of June 18th when I awoke with excruciating abdominal plan and felt I had no other choice but to call 911. From there what could have been a treatable condition, delayed diagnosis resulted in a full blown abdominal infection in which I became septic.          After an invasive abdominal surgery they placed me on high strength antibiotics and fed me intravenously. I remained in this condition for remainder of June and part of July. Just before release I had learned that I had two blood clots in my neck. To address this I must inject expensive blood thinner for an indeterminate amount of time.
     While I am insured, coverage was poor and my liability is higher than I can afford. It is for this reason I come to you, my community, to ask for help financially. Any help that can be provided will get back on my feet. I love you all and I hope that none of you will ever have to go through a thing like this.
