On November 21st, 2022 Mia and Yzen lost their dad, Mateo. Mateo leaves behind 18 year old daughter, Mia and 10 year old son, Yzen.

As a friend of Mateo and Brooke’s, I know Mateo to be one of the most empathetic, fun and comical human beings to walk this planet. He has made it his focus in life to make other people happy and laugh, all while being a fantastic father to his kids.

These funds will help Mia and Yzen through this heartbreaking time so that they can have some space to grieve and not worry about finances. Additionally, the funds will help them organize a service to properly honor Mateo.
