Fundraiser for My Uncle, Martin Galvan Ruiz
Hi everyone, this is Juan Palomino, and I’m reaching out on behalf of my family during one of the hardest moments we’ve walked through.
With deep sadness, I share that my uncle, Martin Galvan Ruiz, went home to be with our Lord and Savior on Thursday, November 13, 2025, around 3 p.m. Our hearts are broken, but we are grateful he is now at peace.
My uncle Martin is survived by his loving wife of 35 years, my Aunt Guadalupe, and their four children: Adrian, Jason, Kathy, Alejandro and six grandchildren. They were his world!
For many years, my uncle fought a tough battle with lifelong diabetes, which led to severe complications. This last year and a half was especially painful, as his health declined and he endured multiple amputations. Through it all, my aunt Guadalupe faithfully cared for him she reduced her job to part-time so she could be by his side every day. Because of that sacrifice, medical bills and household expenses have stacked up while she watched the love of her life slowly fade away.
As a family, we are asking first and foremost for your prayers. Please keep my aunt Guadalupe and my cousins in your prayers as they navigate this heartbreaking season.
We are also asking, for anyone who feels led, to consider helping financially. Your support will go directly toward:
- Funeral and burial costs
- Medical bills left behind
- Household expenses such as rent and utilities during this transition.
Any amount is truly a blessing. Your generosity will help lift some of the burden off my aunt and cousins as they grieve and adjust to life without the man they loved so dearly.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your prayers, your compassion, and any support you can offer. May God bless you and your family for your kindness.
