Wheelchair Van for Freedom

Hello,
My name is Judy. I am working at securing the remaining funds for a new Wheelchair Accessible Van for My daughter. Lexi copes with Cerebral Palsy, Epilepsy, Developmental Delay, Cortical Visual Impairment and Scoliosis. Life has become more of a struggle since the passing of my husband John, Lexi's dad. We are on a fixed income.
The current Van is old (2005) and repairs are becoming unsustainable. I have obtained funding from charities which will be revoked by November 30, 2015. If this campaign fails to reach it's goal the funds raised here will go toward keeping the Van going for as long as possible, After that we have no options to get to medical visits, recreational activities and meet our needs. Public accessible transportation is not an option.
The new van costs $41,520.00. What we need is $18,800.00.
