Hey y'all! My name is Ashley.
I'm trying to make it to Bali this November for a raw chef/detox coaching retreat.
For years, I have been dreaming of helping others regain their health through nutrition and in March of this year, I started taking steps to make that happen.
I began a raw food/detox training program. Part of the program is a 10 day retreat in Bali to go in depth with detoxing and becoming a raw food chef. The retreat itself is included in the course but getting there is not and it's quite expensive to fly around the world.
Which is why I am here, asking for your donation to help me on this journey.
In short, about 12 years ago, I was in my ealry 20's and diagnosed with several health issues that required about 8 prescriptions and tons of nurological tests with no real answers.
Something deep within told me that that path was not the right one. I wasn't getting better and all of that medication was making me toxic and like a zombie.
I started changing little things in my life to be more healthy. The more I changed to organic and unprocessed foods, the more results that I saw.
I now take no medications and feel great!
If I eat anything that I shouldn't, I know it immediately.
I believe to the depths of my soul that food is the answer.
I want to learn more and share it with anyone who is ready to make the change and heal themsleves with out medications that damage our systems beyond repair.
And that is why I must make it to this retreat.
