Help Ava Walk Again: Support Her Spinal Surgery

Hello! My name is Trinity and I adopted this wonderful angel about 3 years ago.

Since then, she's been the light of my life and I love her more than words can describe.

Unfortunately, as of a couple of months ago, she woke up in immense pain in her lower back and lameness in her back legs, leading experts to believe she slipped a disc. Seeing multiple vets and starting her on strict rest and pain management, we had high hopes she would recover without the need for surgical intervention due to her having deep pain sensation in her legs.

Sadly, Ava has yet to recover. Unable to walk completely, the medication keeps her pain low. However, she has days of discomfort and struggles to use the restroom. On 5/7/2025, we took her to Texas A&M Small Animal Clinic for answers. Ava needs a spinal surgery that was quoted to be $8,000-$12,000.

For Ava's quality of life, this would greatly benefit her. This gives us the possibility of her regaining her ability to walk, and most importantly, takes away her pain in her back.
