Hello, I'm Joseph Navarro, Son of a Frank Navarro wanting to set up this account following the loss of my Dad earlier this week. He was killed on Sierra Highway in a head on collision and our family is still in mourning. Even if its not much, any donation from dear friends, coworkers, or whoever would be deeply appreciated.
