Awesome single dad legal fund!

Andy O'Brien, my brother, is a single dad in Council Bluffs, Iowa who has had a rough go but is trying to make ends meet and adores his 9-year-old son, Saxon.  Andy has joint custody with his ex-wife but she has decided to move to San Diego in two weeks and says she's taking Saxon with her. According to their divorce decree, she's not supposed to move within 150 miles without the court's permission.  The law is on his side here - it's just the retainer for an attorney on such short notice that's the issue now.

Andy loves Saxon more than life itself and is trying to stop Saxon's mom from moving nearly 2,000 miles away. She has tried to disappear with Saxon in the past and Andy is terrified she will do it again - and this time, get away with it. Andy had a job as a carpenter, but was hurt on the job. He's getting worker's comp while he heals, but doesn't receive full pay.

Andy is the kindest person you will ever meet. He'd help anyone in need! Our parents have passed and we have no other family to help. Saxon is the light of our lives and we are devastated at the thought of losing him.
