Kick Cancer in the Ball!!

As many people know cancer is a horrible thing to hear at any point in your life, but sometimes its just icing on the preverbial cake. My brother Sam and his wife Megann's June of 2015 was a month of amazing news as well as a month of heartbreaking news. My brother was diagnosed with testicular cancer and will begin treatments on July 13th, 2015. They also found out that they will be welcoming their first child into the world in February of 2016. 

While this is a great thing it also comes with its financial requirements, and on top of the hospital stays and treatments Sam will have to endure, he will also be missing at least 4 weeks of work in the process. If you know Sam you know he is dedicated to people and will do anything he can to help them, in this case he needs to be resting and allowing his body to heal, and not worry about getting in as many work hours as possible. As we all know bills don't stop for anything and financial worry can wear on even the strongest of believers. 

I know the goal might seem high, but I believe when we trust the Lord to provide He will exceed even our highest expectations. I know without a doubt the Lord will guide Sam and Megann through this time and when their child is born in February they will begin their family  knowing that the Lord is in control. Please take the time to consider helping them in this time, and most of all taking the time to pray and encourage them during this season of life.
