Fountain Valley 8U Girls Fastpitch

Help us get to ASA Pacific Coast C State Regionals in San Diego !! These 12 amazing 7,8 &9 year old girls have had one amazing All Star softball season. Being the youngest team in our league, we have surpassed all divisions this season. Our current stats are 32-0-4. Taking 1st place in the Rancho Roundup Tournament in Rancho Trabuco, 1st place in the San Clemente Memorial Day Tournament, 2nd place in the PYL tournament, 1st place in the Carlsbad Seabreeze Tournament, became the 2015 ASA 8U Central C District Champions. Just this past weekend these girls play in the 2015 SoCal ASA C State Tournament in Lancaster, 21 teams came out to battle their way to the top but only the strongest would survive, playing in 102 degree heat these girls battled their way through the loser bracket after losing game 2 on Friday. They played 9 games winning 5 straight games to make it to the championship game on Sunday. They placed 2nd which qualified them to play at the C State Regional Tournament in San Diego... By placing 2nd these girls became the 2015 Pacific Coast Junior Olympic Regional Finalists... This is the first time ASA has opened up the C teams to advance this far. This is a experience these 12 girls , coaches and parents will remember forever. With that being said the cost of traveling has become difficult as we have had to pay for hotel rooms and all other travel expenses for all these tournaments. We're asking for any donation big or small to help our girls get there and get the opportunity to experience all this tournament has to offer. Opening ceremonies will be at Qualcomm Stadium in San Diego, they also are selling discounted tickets for the Padres game on Saturday where the girls will be introduced to the stadium and get to run the bases with the team all at a discounted fee of course, and then the hotel rooms , gas and food. We are trying to raise at least half of the money needed to get us there and us Parents will put in the difference. As a team mom I have 12 daughters and would love to be able to give these girls an experience they will remember forever...
