Down with Gastroparesis

So I hate asking for help, always have but this is one time I will. My husband Chris has a chronic illness called Gastroparesis. Essentially, he cannot digest food. It causes severe pain, dehydration, nausea and many other horrible things.  He also has other conditions such as diabetes, neuropathy, gluten intolerance, and a slew of other gastro intestinal issues including but not limited to IBS, a heital hernia and gastritis.

Chris can't work because of this debilitating illness band is in and out of the hospital every week to every other week. I constantly miss work to be with him and make sure he is taken care of and gets proper advocacy as Gastroparesis is not well known and is seldom taken as seriously as it should be. Missing work is nerve wracking as I am only a temp, meaning I have no job security. We barely scrape by with gas money for hospital and doctors visits, food and even bills. If anyone would be willing to donate it would be more than appreciated and it would help us try to stay afloat while we get Chris back on the track to living his life like he deserves.
