We would like to open a farm stay in the Southern Highlands, NSW, designed to help people who are suffering from anxiety, stress, and the challenges of day-to-day living. So many people just need a safe place to step away, breathe, and recharge. Our dream is to provide that space.

The retreat will be more than just accommodation — it will be a place where people can reconnect with nature, spend time with animals, enjoy simple meals, and feel safe to just be themselves. Whether for a weekend or a longer stay, guests will have the chance to relax, walk in nature, and heal in an environment free of judgment.

We envision:

Comfortable farm-style stays with cabins or glamping tents.

Nature activities like bush walks, gardening, or quiet reflection by the fire. We also have a lot of wineries around here.

Wellness opportunities could including optional massages, salt baths, and mindfulness sessions.

Shared meals where guests can connect over breakfast or Saturday dinner, building community and fellowship.

Faith and encouragement for those who want it — creating space to share God’s love through connection and conversation.

Listening to my Bible study recently, two powerful messages stood out: “Spread God’s word by interacting with people” and “Finish what I’ve asked you to start.” We believe this retreat is that calling — a way to bless others, to help people open up, and to offer rest for weary hearts and minds.

To make this vision a reality, we are seeking to raise $3,000,000. These funds will allow us to:

Develop the farm property.

Build safe, welcoming accommodations.

Create wellness and community spaces.

Have animals where people can feed, pat and connect with.

Establish a nonprofit foundation so that those in need, especially people who have been taken advantage of or are struggling financially, can still come and find rest.

This is more than a project — it is a mission. We want every guest to leave feeling lighter, renewed, and closer to their true self and to God.
