Hi, I'm Eunice. I'm a stay-at-home mom to our 5-month-old and 17-month-old baby girls. My husband, Patrick (40 y/o), recently got into a serious car accident and is in critical condition. He is the main provider of our family. He is a great father and husband to us. He works a contractual job and does side jobs. He came to America less than a year ago. He doesn't have full coverage insurance. The doctors said that if he ever survives this, it's going to be a long, long journey to recovery. He has already had 4 major critical surgeries done so far. They cut segments of his small and large intestines and reattached them after 3 days and closed his abdomen. They re-attached the torn ligament of the neck to his head, and there will be limited movement for 6 months. They placed a temporary fix on his legs as he cannot tolerate the titanium operation at this point in time. He also has a brain bleed that they are constantly monitoring. He is on life support and unconscious. Both our families live back in the Philippines. We need help with the medical and living expenses. As I navigate our new situation due to this tragic event.
