いまび has been my lifework since the age of 15 (2009), and it has inspired many across the world take a serious attempt at learning the beautiful language of Japanese. Since its conception, access to the website's content has remained free to the general public. It had always been a goal to eventually settle into academia where I could devote time to both my studies and the finishing of this project; however, life has given its fair share of twists and turns.
To work full time on the website, I would have to earn nearly twice as much as I do at my full-time job to make up for lost benefits and subsequent health expenses for as long as I continue living in the US. So, for a more realistic goal, I would like to aim to at least save up for graduate school where I may find the time and potential financial backing to give いまび the spotlight it deserves.
