Rose's operation

Hi,

My name is Rose and I need your help. When I was about 1 year old, my mom and dad rescued me from a guy that neglected me as a puppy and I was very sick and almost died. I required surgery and it was very expensive. Now I'm 5 years old and pretty healthy except one of my legs isn't working properly. My doctor tells me I again need surgery and it will cost close to $10,000. That's a LOT of money. My parents are going to go into debt to get my surgery anyway which is why I'm reaching out.
