Not sure how to even start this or what goal to set. What I do know is you can never be prepared for something like this. Isaac Hernandez, my 32 year old nephew recently was diagnosed with cancer. One day he felt a lump in his neck, a few days later went to ER to be given news no one wants to hear. He was diagnosed with Acute lymphocytic leukemia, a rare type. Dr said he had only seen 10 people with this type in his 25 years of practice.
With in a weeks time it spread all over his body. Although Isaac does currently have medical insurance he has to receive treatment by a speciality dr at OHSU whom is out of network he will have co pays, deductibles and other medical expenses. Isaac’s undergoing intensive chemotherapy through IV and Intrathecal (through the spinal cord). He has some rough days ahead but we have faith he will come out on top. Thank you for all the continued prayers. Thank you to those that have been able to come visit him it’s what’s kept him thinking positive. Also for all the love and support you all have shown.
If you are able to contribute it is much appreciated. We will take prayers as well. Thank you on behalf of Isaac and the family.
