In Honor of Robert Grant

On Thursday, September 1st, 2022, Robert C. Grant, Sr. passed away surrounded by loved ones. He was born on March 14, 1943 in Montgomery, Alabama to Fred and Gertrude Grant. He was the youngest of four children, with one sister and two brothers.

Affectionately known as Bob, he enjoyed golfing, fishing and traveling. He was a phenomenal cook; if you ever tasted his barbecue, you know this to be true. He was an artist and art enthusiast. His talent in the arts was exemplified by his part time career as a model and actor – appearing in movies, music videos and national ad campaigns.

Publicly, he lived a life that truly touched the lives of many. But, Anyone that knew him, knew just how much he loved his home and farm on Buffalo road. In honor of him, the family is asking for monetary donations to help renovate the farm in lieu of flowers. Your generosity will ensure that the Grant family will be able to create a space that will honor his legacy, by keeping his fondest passion alive and continuing to touch the lives of many more.
