This year, I'm doing a YWAM DTS (Discipleship Training School) focusing on Rugby and Sports ministry. This course equips young people to share Jesus with the Nations. As Jesus breaks chains, sets people free and brings eternal joy

This is a full-time course in Tonga that lasts for five months. And Gateway into mission through finishing this course opens YWAM staff opportunities and builds long-lasting connections in the world of mission. It consists of two parts: the lecture phase and the outreach phase.

In the lecture phase, we will study the foundations of our faith and God's heart for the nations. We do this through lectures and practical training, also in fellowship with others. The Outreach phase is where we can put what we have learnt into practice through different countries and Rugby.

At YWAM Tonga DTS, the focus is on Sports ministry and Rugby, so during the lecture phase, we will be practising rugby skills, learning about Sports ministry, and how we evangelise through rugby. In the outreach phase, we will put into practice what we have learnt in sports ministry in other countries and islands.
