Hi, my name is Alyssa Joy and I am fundraising for YWAM's Discipleship training program in Perth, Australia; July-December.
This is a Christian organization who helps equip people for the call of God and the sharing of the Gospel of Jesus around the world. In doing this, we are trained in many ways to serve and share God's Love.
After three months of training in Perth Australia we will also be going to Africa for the outreach phase. I have had mission work on my heart for a while and recently God placed YWAM on my heart. When I saw this opportunity I knew it was something God was calling me to be a part of. This is an amazing experience to serve other people and to grow in my relationship with Christ.
I am excited to see so many lives changed forever by the power of Christ's love! I am looking forward to the journey ahead, all the amazing people I will meet, and the amazing experience I will have. I want to personally thank everyone who gives to make this trip possible. I pray the Lord blesses you for giving into my life and all the peoples lives that will be touched on this trip with the love of Christ.
