Help a Family Rebuild After Devastating House Fire

My heart is heavy as I write this. A tragic house fire has turned my cousins’ lives upside down, destroying everything they own—their home, their vehicles, and every belonging inside.

This loss has left a single mother, her two children (one of whom is autistic), her younger brother (a single father to a young daughter), and their loving grandmother without a place to call home.

They are safe, thank God—but they’ve lost everything else.

While they do have insurance, as many of us know, the recovery process is painfully slow and filled with delays. In the meantime, they are now faced with having to find and afford a place to live—likely for at least a year—on top of replacing everyday essentials, transportation, and creating a sense of normalcy for their children during this traumatic time.

This family is strong, loving, and hardworking. They’ve always put their kids first and found joy even in the hardest times. But this—this is too much to carry alone.
