This is Chelsea Thoms she was shot in the chest while leaving kennywood park on the night of July 4 th. She is currently in stable condition in mercy hospital in Pittsburgh. While our family has never been one to ask for help, we never in a million years thought we'd need to prepare for this. We are hoping this fund can help with some of Chelsea's ongoing expenses, and time lost at work . Along with help for the family to travel back and forth from Altoona to be by her side.
