Gloria Bravo’s family and friends suffered a tragic loss on January 18, 2016. On Saturday January 16, 2016 Gloria was reported missing. The community of Happy Camp, CA and the Siskiyou County Search and Rescue Team began their search for her. While everyone prayed for her to be found safe; we received the heartbreaking news that she was found, but had passed away. The circumstance of her passing is still a mystery, because everyone that knows Gloria knew that she loved life, her family, friends, pets and that she would never put her life in jeopardy. Gloria looked forward to a long healthy life taking care of others in the place she loved “Happy Camp, CA”. Gloria’s devotion to the elderly didn’t stop there – she was a generous soul to anyone in need, which she often befriended and developed close relationships with, and they too, reciprocated that love and trust. We, who are fortunate enough to have had someone such as Gloria in our lives, have set up this page in order to help alleviate some of the financial responsibility that suddenly befell on her son Bernard Bravo. https://www.facebook.com/bernard.bravo.1466
.
Currently, the plan is to have Gloria cremated. Her Community Church in Happy Camp, CA is planning to have a funeral service in her remembrance. Per Gloria’s request, her ashes will be released in Roseburg, OR in the spring. Her son is planning to have a Celebration of Life for her family and friends in Los Angeles upon his return from Happy Camp, CA.
Our goal is to raise $5,000. We are incredibly grateful for any donation you can make.
Please be sure to note if you want your donation to be anonymous. We want to say thank you to everyone who donates, but we respect that not everyone may want to be mentioned. If you'd like to remain, please simply enter "Anonymous "in the name field.
