Hi my name is Bernard Arnold I'm asking for help to buy some time as I recover from heart surgery. I was struck by lightning in 2009 and had a stroke. It damaged my heart valve. I'm a small landscape business owner. I've been off 4months,and my resources have been used up. I normally wouldn't ask for help. But I haven't healed enough to return to work.My doctor said I'd be off eight weeks. But that's not the case. I'm PTA president of T.H.Slater elementary and have been giving back to my community faithfully. So I humbly ask for assistance for me and my son during this trying time.
