Vietnam Vet battling stage 4 cancer
Donation protected
Meet my dad, Tom. Although he is not my bio dad, he raised me as if I was his. He is my dad. He served two tours of duty in Vietnam and has suffered affects from agent orange poisoning such as diabetics and cancer. He was diagnosed with stage 2 esophageal cancer, but after 5 weeks of radiation and chemo, it has spread to his liver and is now stage 4. The VA said another round of chemo would kill him. He is 6' tall and during treatment four months ago, got down to 129 lbs. :(
He has since gained about 27 pounds, but his latest scan last week...well, the dr. had this to say:
"I reviewed the CT of abdomen/pelvis from 10/29, unfortunately it states that there are innumerable liver metastasis. The spots have increased in size compared to his last scan."
He is in the application process at the VA for financial compensation for health issues resulting from "boots on ground" during Vietnam, with which we want to use the money to seek alternative treatment not covered through insurance. I'm asking for help to do a 90 day cannabis oil treatment that would cost $3800. Time is of the essence and I worry he won't last out the VA process. The money will go towards a reputable , nonprofit, naturopathic clinic that specializes in emergency response medical cases only.

My husband and I have been team semi truck drivers since 1994 and my husband took a solo OTR driving job so I can commute from Nor Cal to Southern California to be with my dad during this great time of need. If I had the means, I would have already paid for this treatment for my dad, but I don't and that's why I am reaching out.

This is my rescue dog Dasia and she loves her Grandpa. She won't leave his side while he sleeps.

I actually found out about this treatment place through a dog rescue site that posted about a rescue pitbull that had cancer and got better with cannabis oil.

I thank you for your time and consideration in donating for my dad's treatment and for sharing this with others.
