Keep Julie and Rosie
I may have moved half-way across the world and fallen on hard times, and gone through my parents' divorce and remarriage, but our pets, Julie and Rosie, have been with me through it all; they're part of the family.
The way I'm living now is not sustainable. My parents spent a year looking for a job in the area, filling out applications and going to interviews, but came up with nothing. Because of this, we've decided to uproot ourselves and move to Dallas. Unfortunately, because of this situation, we don't have the money to bring our beloved pets with us.

Rosie, from when we lived in the United Arab Emirates. Rosie is a rescue dog whom my family has had since she was a puppy. She was abused by her previous owner, and then abandoned. When animal control found her, she was starving and caked with mud. We gave her a home.
Julie is the kitty napping in the easter basket. I've had her since she was just a kitten.

Julie with my little sister
Once we've moved to Dallas and gotten jobs, we will be able to care for the animals and feed them. We just need the money for a pet deposit on an apartment. Those can cost anywhere from 300-600 dollars, according to my parents' research. Any money that goes over the amount needed for the pet deposit I will put aside for their care and keeping: food, veterinary check-ups, kitty litter, etc.
It would be best to have the money as soon as possible. My stepfather who is already in Dallas is looking for apartments, and our budget is dependent on the pet deposit. Once I have the money for that, he can find us one without worrying about the pet deposit. We definitely need the money before my mom and sister leave for Dallas with the pets. There's no set date for them to leave yet, but they intend to leave in early November.
Julie and Rosie have been with us so long, and been through so much alongside us. They're part of the family, and I can't bear the thought of my pets languishing in a shelter. Rosie in particular isn't very adoptable, so she would likely either spend the rest of her life in the shelter, or be euthanized. We want to continue to give these animals a steady home with the humans they know and love. We would miss them greatly if we had to leave them behind.
My step-father has threatened to have them euthanized if we can't come up with the money.
I really appreciate any help you can offer; even if it's just sharing this. This means the world to me and my family.
