Hello everyone, my mom was recently diagnosed with stage 3C ovarian mullerian/peritoneal mullerian cancer. It can be a fairly aggressive, rapidly growing form of cancer. She has metastasized tumors throughout her omentum and peritoneum, with a particularly large one on her stomach. Her oncologist wants to get her on immediate chemotherapy treatment to reduce the inflammation, ascites fluid, and size of the tumors so that the surgeons can operate and remove the tumor burden. She currently has Aetna insurance, but has only met $700 of the out-of-pocket deductible of $2,900. Her chemo treatments will be $473 weekly until it is met. My brother Bobby and I are going to be covering the costs, but are open to any of her friends or family that are able to donate. Anything helps, including prayers. God bless you all, and thanks.
