Ryedale for Refugees

Alex and Eddie Thornton are driving a large van across Europe to deliver essential supplies to charities on the front-line looking after refugees in Piraeus, Greece.
They are setting off from Pickering, North Yorkshire, on the 17th September and it should take 2-3 days to get there.
If you would like to contribute financially towards the costs of this, it would be hugely appreciated. Any money left over after the trip will be donated to International Rescue Committee.
People in North Yorkshire can donate the following new/used items which are urgently needed:
Clothes - especially new men’s basics (Socks/Underwear)
Shoes/Boots/Jackets/Waterproofs
Tents/Sleeping Bags/Blankets
Pots/Pans/Utensils/Plates/Cups/Cutlery
Soap/Shampoo/Disposable Razors/Sanitary Products/Nappies/Talcum Powder/Wipes
Toys/Books/Paper/Paints/Brushes/Coloured Pencils/Crayons/Scissors etc…
