Aiden has contracted a debilitating ailment that has robbed him of the use of his legs. This ailment is called transverse myelitis. It hit suddenly and quickly. After receiving treatment at Valley Baptist Hospital in Harligen, TX., it was decided that he would need a more aggressive treatment so he was transferred to Houston's Texas Children's Hospital. Aiden is only 11 years old and both parents have taken medical leave to accompany Aiden and provide support. They leave behind 2 children with relatives to continue their schooling. It is difficult and expensive to be separated, not working, and supporting expenses on both places. We are asking for donations to help with the travel expenses, the daily living expenses for all involved, and to help cover some of the monthly expenses while both parents are away from work. This treatment for Aiden is not only aggressive, it is also a long process that could take anywhere from 3 months to a year. Please, we are asking for help. Whatever amount you choose to give is the right amount. It all adds up and will be greatly appreciated. We have faith in almighty God that Aiden will pull through and leave that hospital on his own 2 feet! Thank you!
