Help Yuval attend Galil Elyon

Hello, my name is Yuval Golani, I’m 18 years old and in my senior year of high school at Belmont High in Belmont Massachusetts. While reaching my second semester, unlike the majority of my peers I’ve decided that after graduating I plan on attending a Pre-military Gap Year Program, Mechina, called Galil Elyon in Kibbutz Kfar Hanassi in the north of Israel and with your help I can get there!
It took me a lot of time to consider whether I wanted to continue my life and studies in the United States, but ultimately I knew I wanted to connect back to my Israeli roots and support the country in which I was born and most connect myself to.
The purpose of the 10-month program is to allow teens an opportunity to acquire different skills such as leadership. Additionally, the year promotes personal development through a combination of studying, traveling throughout Israel, experiential learning, volunteering in the nearby areas in a variety of fields, and continuing to immerse and learn more about my Israeli identity and cultures throughout Israel.
The cost of this gap year program is $18,500 not including the flights and expenses I will have while living in Israel. My parents agreed to support some of the expenses, but as an 18-year-old about to move across the country and live on my own, I am responsible for the remaining costs.
So far to raise money for the program I have been working with a local sports clinic and have been saving since I knew I wanted to go to Israel. But there is so much I can do while balancing my studies, volunteering at the Israeli Scouts of Boston Tzofim, and other work.
Everything that will help me reach my goal would be highly appreciated and will not be taken for granted.
Thank you,
Yuval
