Support for Family After Dad's Passing

My mom and dad were married for 42 years.

They had myself and my brother and gave us an amazing life.

My dad was always the sole provider for the house while my mom was a stay-at-home mom raising me and my brother.

We didn't live extravagantly, but we had everything we needed and most importantly, we had the love and care of two amazing parents.

Sadly, my dad finally lost his battle with emphysema and COPD on October 12th at 6 pm. He was surrounded by his wife, myself, my younger brother, and other close family.

This wasn't necessarily unexpected, but it is still a lot for my mom to handle and process. This was her person for over 4 decades. She will have some things coming from social security, but with death, there are always unexpected expenses, and any little bit will help her out.
