Yusufs life changing treatment of MS

I was diagnosed with MS in 2018 excatly 5 years ago

These 5 years have been a long 5 years for me of suffering testing my character and faith. However it's made me a better person I see it as blessing in disguise from Allah. But unfortunately Multiple sclerosis is an autoimmune condition that attacks the body's nerves, leading to relapses that result in weakness, paralysis, and in severe cases, death. After suffering from the disease for many years, I managed it quite well with diet and exercise. However, after experiencing relapse after relapse with my eyes and legs it has significantly weakened my body, progressing to one of its later stages.

I've asked for help from renowned doctors across the UK, and my family has invested heavily in consultations with specialists . I've explored various supplements and alternative treatments, but unfortunately, my condition continues to deteriorate. This HSCT (Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation) therapy is my last resort, as it offers the potential to halt and even reverse the disease using high-dose chemotherapy to wipe my immune system and then regrafting from my bone marrow

Regrettably, the NHS is not offering this treatment to me, and despite consulting numerous doctors, they still won't provide it, citing that I'm still capable.
