Support Jeremy's Heart Recovery

Hey guys! As some of you may know, Jeremy was brought to the ER and admitted to ICU on Tuesday. Unfortunately he has been diagnosed with heart failure and his heart has been performing at 30%, which lead to fluid backing up into his lungs. We're not sure how long he will be in the hospital, and once he is out he is facing medical bills, and at least around $1000 worth of medication monthly to try to regain some heart function back. If you know Jeremy, you know he is the kind of person who will drop everything to show up for other people-whether it's jumping off your car when you're stranded, helping you move, or just being an all around good friend; and this is our chance to rally around him so we can keep him around for a long time.
