Support Our Family in This Difficult Time

It is with a heavy heart that we let everyone know that our beloved Mother, Grandmother, Sister, & Tia Patricia Huerta Curiel has earned her Heavenly wings on March 13th 2025.

Her passing comes unexpectedly as she had an aortic dissection on March 6th that lead to an emergency open heart surgery that night. We all had hope that she was on the mend, but her health took a downturn over that weekend when she had a stroke which lead to cardiac arrest. From there oxygen stopped producing to her brain and caused irreparable brain damage. By Monday morning the doctors told us there was nothing left they could do. And by exactly a week after her surgery, we took her off life support.

Her selflessness was shown through literally up until her last breathe as she was able to donate her kidneys to person who now gets a second chance at life.

She was 53 years old.

We are completely devastated by this and want to honor and celebrate her life the way she deserves. Patty was always a free spirit that truly wanted everyone to feel loved around her with her act of giving. To see someone else light up from the thoughtfulness and selflessness that she did for others made her heart glow. Even when she had nothing to give, she found a way to pull through and give her last dime to make others feel special.

We hope you can help us give anything you can to give back to her even a fraction of what she did for others. But above all, we want everyone to know just how special Patty was and how incredibly proud we are of her for being such a fighter her whole life. She taught us resilience and strength. She was an incredible woman who will NEVER be forgotten in our hearts.
