Yun moved to Shoreview since 2012. She was a mother of 2 sons. She actively helped Chinese community in Twin Cities. She organized and helped people get restaurant quality foods to their door.

She fought the cancer so hard. 3 years of chemotherapy did not bend her back.

She passed away on May 6th peacefully. Memorial visit on May 16th 4-7 p.m. at Washburn-McReavy in Shoreview.
