Yuly is a member of the Pioneer Valley Workers Center and mom of three. Her husband's employment is seasonal, so their family depends on Yuly's income to pay for rent and food over the winter months. After being injured at work Yuly's doctor told her that she had to recover, rest and take time off of work to address her injury. When her employer refused to honor the work restrictions her care team mandated for her recovery, Yuly stood up for herself and spoke with her employer. Days later, she was informed that her employment was terminated and not to return after her recovery period. Please help us support Yuly so she can pay her bills and rent while she recovers from her injury and fights to get justice from her employer.
