My dear friends,

I am reaching out to you during a tough time. A close friend of mine has found himself in a hard situation, and I am doing everything I can to support him. He is currently being held in an immigration detention center because he was unable to renew his visa on time. In order to secure his release on bond and to protect his rights, it is necessary to cover the legal fees for the attorney I hired a couple of months ago and to raise funds for the bond itself.

My friend is a man with a big heart. He holds a black belt in jiu-jitsu, coaches both adults and children, generously shares his knowledge, and is always ready to support others. Over the years, he has helped countless people — both through sports and in everyday life.

I decided to reach out to you because I have often supported others in their hard times, and today I am the one in need of help. Every contribution, no matter the amount, makes a huge difference.
