Yuleidy Wilkinson's spinal fusion surgery

My daughter Yuleidy will be having her 6th back surgery July 18th, a week prior to her 13th birthday. Yuleidy has cystic fibrosis, scoliosis and anisocoria. I tried applying for social security disability to help through the 6 weeks I will be out of work to care for her. She was denied. I am not one to ask for help, but I am at a standstill with trying to find a solution. I am working double time to try to save money to take the time off, all while still paying my current bills. I am the only income source in my home with 3 children, so budgeting is key. Any donations would be more than appreciated. I am licensed and insured and have a cleaning company, so even if you could help by hiring me to clean your home or office or even refer someone to me.
