On feb 12 2017 I was involved in a fatal car accident on hwy 30 in madison wi. This was my last day in town as i was moving to Illinois.The at fault driver was coming across the highway going the opposite direction and i was merging onto the highway. There was an suv that was in the far left lane and tried to swerve not to get hit and in turn hit me and totaled my car fracture my shoukder n spine. Unfortunately the out of control car went airborne and landed on top of the suv that hit me. The people in the suv died and the man who started the accident had no insurance but the car that hit me first did. I have been living in a hotel taking cabs everywhere and depleting all of my funds. I finally received the party that hit me insurance info and as a conclusion they said they will not provide me with a rental or take care of my vehicle. I have 3 children no money because i lost my job in Illinois because i couldnt make it because i was in the hospital. Also no place to live now. I cant believe that they would deny my claim when they hit me first even before the reckless driver hit them. In conclusion im lost with no direction or money or shelter with a car note that i cant pay and the car is totaled. Anything will help. Thanks in advance
